Excellent Stay in Shinjuku Gyoemmae!

I found the staff consistently helpful. Laundry machines were available for guest use, a feature I really appreciated. The hotel's proximity to the subway made getting around very convenient. I also enjoyed the onsen bathhouse (the big communal bath).

The room size was quite small. It felt cramped, especially with luggage.

i disliked that the hotel switched to centralized heating i could not control the temperature in my room i was offered a portable ac unit but it was inconvenient in the already small room

great location clean room quality bedding comfortable bathroom

The hotel's location is great, especially because it is close to the subway. the room was very clean. I reminded me of i could relax there. the bedding was of high quality. It made a huge difference to my rest. the bathroom was also very comfortable, i enjoyed using it.

The room was small. I had some issues with luggage space.

the location is excellent. the subway station is a short walk away. convenience stores are nearby, i also found many restaurants close by. the staff were nice and helpful.

the pillows were pretty flat and hard.
